Basic Pricing

Below you'll find a quick pricing guide for our sleeping and meeting spaces.  Prices are reviewed annually in January.  

Meeting Spaces

Main Lodge Rates (Per Day)

  • Campbell Hall - $250

  • Dining Hall - $250

  • Lecture Hall     - $100

  • Chalice Game Room - $150

College Avenue Worship Center Rates

  • One Hour - $100

  • Half Day - $400

  • Full Day - $800

Tables and chairs included in each space

Marker boards and flip charts are available upon request

A/V equipment available upon request

If a setup is desired, an additional fee will apply

Lodge Sleeping Spaces

Hotel Style Lodge Rooms

  • $99 per room per night

  • 12 rooms total

  • 2 Queen beds in each room

  • Private bath in each

  • Linens provided

Director Suite

  • $99 for the suite per night, sleeps 4-6 total

  • 3 private bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 twin bunk bed)

  • 1 shared bath in the suite

  • Linens provided

The Lodge Rooms are housed in the same building as Campbell Hall, Lecture Hall, the Dining Hall, and the Chalice Game Room.

Bunk-Style Cabins

Tipi Wakan, Burright Bunkhouse, and Lighthouse

  • $25 per person per night

  • Combination of double and twin bunk beds

  • Shared bathrooms

  • Linens are not included, but are available for $10 per bed

 

These climate controlled, modern cabins opened in 2015.  Tipi Wakan and Burright Bunkhouse each sleep 24.  They each have a large center living space with couches, tables and chairs, and a kitchenette.

Lighthouse Cabin is our biggest bunk cabin.  It sleeps 32 in 6 bedrooms. Lighthouse includes the same amenities as Tipi and Burright, plus a full kitchen, stove, and washer/dryer.  Crock pots and grills are available for all bunk cabins. 

Other Amenities

Fun Activities (No charge):  5 miles of hiking trails, fishing from the shore of Wolf Lake (no license required), Gaga Pit, Playground, 18 hole Mini Golf, Campfire, Sand Volleyball, Nature Hike Bingo, GPS Hike, and Hammock Park

Fun Activities (Extra Fee Applies): Pool and Splash Pad, Wolf Lake swimming or kayak rental, Picnic Shelter rental, Bounce House, Chalice Game Room, Bright Hall gymnasium, Group Photos, Outdoor Movie Night experience ​​

McKee Retreat House

  • $250 per night

  • 4 bedrooms: 3 queens, 1 twin trundle

  • Linens provided

  • 2 full and 2 half bathrooms included

 

This beautiful cabin opened in 2019 and has a large deck with a spectacular view of Wolf Lake. To allow our guests to unplug, the Retreat House does not have TV or Wifi but does have extra amenities including a full kitchen and a private meeting space for up to 30.

Tent and RV Camping

$25 per night for full RV hookup (sewer, water, electrical)

$10 per tent per night for tent camping 

$10 per person per night for Chi Rho Country camping. 

 

These prices include the use of a fire pit and firewood.  Grills are also available.​  A "state park style" bath house is available upon request but requests MUST be made in advance of your visit.  The bath house is open April through October but must be requested at the time of making your reservation.
